  3. We'll talk it over until I'm sure I understand exactly what you want.
  4. You'll receive a written proposal for your records and mine.
  5. I work online, so you and I can see the work I do as I do it, so we don't have surprises, yours or mine and we stay on track and schedule.
  6. If we make a business deal, you pay half up front. The balance is due just prior to uploading your site.
  7. You may make secure payments with PayPal.com using your own credit card.
